Each delegate must submit a completed application for entry.
Scores may include decimals (ex. 10.2, for a 15.0 point score)
The highest top 10 scores will advance to semi-finalist.
The highest top 5 scores will advance to finalist
The winner will be determine by the highest score.
If more than 10 candidates apply a seprate panel will vote for the semi-finalist & finalist

Born Male (Married men may compete)

An Advocate for various social causes, promoting inclusivity, diversity, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Engage in charity work

Demostrates the abillity to lead,motivate, and lead by example.

Must complete all ares of competion

Must engage in social causes surrounding peace.
